We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy explains when refunds may apply.

1. Consulting & Development Services

Fees for consulting and development are typically billed against agreed milestones. Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled, you will be billed for work performed up to the cancellation date.

2. MDM Licenses

MDM license fees are generally non-refundable once activated, as access is provided immediately. If you experience a technical issue that prevents use and it cannot be resolved, contact us to discuss available options.

3. Subscription Renewals

Renewal charges are billed in advance for the upcoming period. To avoid renewal, cancel before your renewal date. Partial periods are not refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email sujeet.hankare@gmail.com with your order details and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days.

5. Exceptions

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
